Refund Policy

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not normally erase or refund charges for a billing period that has already started, unless a refund is required by applicable law, consumer-protection rules, or Paddle policy.

We may review refund requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect billing, unauthorized transactions, or a material technical issue that prevented reasonable use of the paid service and could not be resolved. Requests are assessed based on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

Except where required by law, refunds are generally not provided simply because a customer did not use the service, no longer needs the service, exceeded carrier restrictions, experienced a SIM or mobile-network limitation, or forgot to cancel before renewal.

My SMS Gateway subscription fees cover the software platform. SMS, data, roaming, SIM, and other mobile-carrier charges are billed separately by your carrier and are not refundable by My SMS Gateway.

To request a refund, contact us through the support channel available on mysmsgateway.com or in your My SMS Gateway account and include enough information to identify the purchase. You may also use the support options provided by Paddle for the transaction.

If a refund is approved, the timing for funds to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer’s bank or card issuer.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

We may update this Refund Policy when our billing practices, Paddle requirements, or applicable laws change. The latest version will be published on this page.
